Booking policies
- A $25 non-refundable deposit secures all appointments, sent via Venmo to @Chassidi-Garay.
- Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM, by appointment only, scheduled in advance.
- Remaining balance is due at the completion of your style.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
- Additional charges may apply for extra length, small parts, or added styling.
Prices vary by braid size, length and complexity. Final pricing is confirmed before your service starts.

Meet Chassidi
Chassidi officially started braiding in June 2026, and Chassified is where her passion and creativity come together, in a private home salon in Salt Lake City.
She’s excited to keep growing her skills and building Chassified, one style at a time. For adults and kids alike, her goal is simple: every client leaves feeling beautiful, confident, and comfortable.

Policies
To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for both you and my family, please review our policies below. ♡
Booking & Deposit
- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, sent via Venmo to @Chassidi-Garay.
- Your appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Deposits go toward your total service cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
- You may reschedule once with proper notice.
Late Arrivals
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a reschedule or a shortened style, depending on availability.
Hair Preparation
- Hair must be freshly washed and thoroughly blow-dried, unless otherwise agreed.
- Hair must be detangled before your appointment.
- Excessive buildup may require additional preparation fees or rescheduling.
- Please communicate any hair concerns ahead of your appointment.
Pricing & Additional Charges
- Prices may vary based on braid size, length, and complexity.
- Additional hair, extra length, or intricate styles may incur extra charges.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before starting your service.
Home Salon Policies
- Appointments are by reservation only.
- No walk-ins.
- One guest is allowed during your appointment.
- Please arrive on time and respect our home, workspace, and family privacy.
- Your home address will be provided after booking confirmation.
Payments
- Remaining balance is due immediately after your service.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
- No personal checks, please.
Minors & Children
- A parent or legal guardian must approve services for minors.
- A parent or guardian must remain present for younger children.
- Please communicate any special needs or sensitivities beforehand.
